Storage
FuelCap has access to 95 000 cubic meters of storage through Africana Ponte Petroleum (“APP”). APP has entered into a storage agreement with Matola Port for an initial storage amount of 95 000 and can be increased. The product will be stored in state-of-the-art storage facilities in Matola, Mozambique. FuelCap is the sole shareholder in APP.
Facilitation
FuelCap has secured sufficient offtake agreements with its corporate clients. FuelCap is a registered import and export agent in SA and will facilitate local and international trades. All products imported and sold will be monitored by a collateral manager (iBanq) on behalf of all stakeholders.
FuelCap and has access to a Petroleum refinery through one of its subsidiaries based in Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng, SA. The refinery has a wholesale petroleum license (issued by the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy) and waste management license (issued by the Department of Forestry and Fisheries). The refinery has capacity to produce 12 million liters per month.
Fuelcap Botswana (Pty) Ltd is a group subsidiary that incorporated to service the Botswana wholesale fuel market. Fuelcap Botswana is currently finalizing storage facilities for 800 cubic meters in Francistown near the Zimbabwean border. This will allow Fuelcap Botswana to service clients at strategic points. The FuelCap Group utilizes the facilitation services of one of its subsidiaries, a registered customs and clearing agent, for cross-border clearing.
